Kaks ja pool kuud treeninguid. Poole märtsi peale kogunes 45km, aprillis 85km ja maikuu skoor 100km = 230km :)
Kui aprillis oli keskmine kiirus 07:30 km/h, siis maikuus juba 07:02 km/h. Keskmine pulss vist kukub ka vaikselt alla poole. Jaksu oleks ka nagu rohkem. Äge! :)
Vaikselt hakkab tulema tunne, et maratoni läbimine polegi utoopiline ja hull üritus, vaid täiesti võimalik.
Peale jaanipäeva lähen Tartusse spordiarsti manu. Ma olen igati põnevil, mis "diagnoos/prognoos" mulle pannakse.
